p-CERT (Power Plant Rating and Certification Organization), a General Incorporated Association, was established in August 2025 with the mission of providing fair, independent, and scientific evaluations of renewable energy power plants, particularly solar power. Our goal is to create a trustworthy infrastructure that enables investors, financial institutions, developers, and local communities to confidently participate in renewable energy projects.
